Summary: We stayed for a few nights after spending a week on the west side. We enjoyed our time there exploring old san juan and just relaxing in our room watching all the port activities.

Summary: This was the perfect location. One day we literally walked everywhere we wanted to see and visit. From the moment you walk in, it smells nice and clean which is always a good sign for me. Staff very friendly and the rooms have everything you need, the hand held steamer was our personal favorite.

Summary: The bathroom is really bad designed. The shower is open and after you shower, the water of the ahower comes into the hallway of the room and cloae to the bed....We ordered almost 15 towels in 3 days we stay..Also be ready to call the front desk and not getting any answers ...

Summary: The receptionist, Sarah, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and ensure I was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The rooftop pool and beautiful bar were the cherry on top, such amazing perks! Highly recommend.
